To this end the INFOTECH’s Project Manager’s work closely with our internal staff and the customer’s staff to ensure all phases of the project are signed off. That at the final signed off, the project is deployed within budget and scheduled time line. Implementing a successful technical solution requires an effective combination of methods, capabilities, applications and techniques.
