Dear Shamal,
I just wanted to thank you, and Infotech, very much for your prompt and efficient response to our server crash this morning. We are a busy solicitor's office and any down time with the server causes us major disruption and angst. I put the call in to you at 9.15 am this morning saying we were off the air. You had a technician call me 5 minutes later. The problem couldn't be sorted out over the telephone and Arun arrived not long after 10.00 am. We were up and running again by 10.20 am as he had thought to bring a spare hard drive with him.
I was extremely impressed by the efficiency of everyone involved, but also that my stressed phone call was answered straight away and dealt with immediately. I also really appreciated the excellent communication keeping me in the loop as to when we could expect a response and that someone would be on site within the hour, even though they had to drive some distance.
This is by far the best response we have had to an emergency from any of the computer companies we previously used and I do take a great deal of comfort from knowing that when I say the matter is urgent it is dealt with accordingly, minimising the stress incurred at this end.

I have to say, Steve has been excellent helping me out with the Ipaq, Nick's computer and the memory we ordered. That is the kind of service I like. If he hadn't have checked out the memory specs before we bought it, we would have got the wrong stuff.
