Business Solutions The ideal situation for a small business is to have a clone of the visionary (business owner) working in all area’s of the Business Unit. This is not possible and the visionary tends to in most instances work IN the business as opposed to ON the business. As the workflow methodologies, internet and email presence, accounting systems, customer information management are now considered mature by anyone and the ability to reliably use technology to make the processors more efficient is an expected standard business practice. Many small medium business people work very hard in their business, they develop Clients, employ more clients, develop strategies for growth, but a few only think as IT as a long term Client development tool.
