Consulting
is used to help a client define a problem and then develop a solution,
or a number of possible scenarios, that address the defined problems in
a way which best suits the business.
Based on the consultant’s knowledge of their industry they will
then research the possibilities and select what they believe, in their
expert opinion, are the solutions to be adopted, as well as possibly discuss
the solutions that should NOT be adopted and the reasons for this advice.
From
the consultant’s report, the business managers will gain expert
opinion from which they can then formulate their decision as to a way
forward.

Associates Pty Ltd is an independent consultancy and is able to provide
impartial advice in all matters related to our areas of expertise.
Consultancy for small to medium size organisations can be very economical
and allows the business to gain business knowledge in specialist areas
where no existing in-house expertise exists. Furthermore, it is an excellent
way of evaluating, verifying or gaining impartial third party recommendations
on any existing internal technology proposals or capital expenditure and
the likely return on investment this expenditure could provide.

to implement these recommendations within an agreed period. Once
the recommendations have been implemented then INFOTECH Associates
are then in a position to establish the specific return on investment
to the customer. |

Can only take place after the recommendations are implemented and
are dependant on your future support requirements that will be negotiated
